Breadmaking Course

Our bread making course takes one basic Irish soda bread recipe, and guides you through three different breads that can be produced from this single recipe.

Class size is limited to four people, and is very much a ‘hands-on’ course lasting approximately 4 hours.

Traditional Griddle Bread

All breads are made using organic flour, and all the other ingredients you will need to make your bread are also supplied.

Not alone do you go home with new skills, and recipes, you also get to take home a range of lovely breads to impress family and friends!

Once the baking is over, we will sit down to a light two course lunch made with produce grown here on our smallholding. And of course enjoy some of the bread you have made yourself!
