Worldwide, bacon is considered as the traditional Irish meat – usually served with cabbage.
However, there are so many other ways that bacon can be used – not forgetting ham which again would traditionally be the accompaniment to turkey at Christmas. Why confine your ham to Christmas…. ham is delicious at any time of year?
