We are delighted to share the knowledge we have learned often the hard way, with others who are considering keeping pigs. Pigs have their ways so we will prepare you for your journey. As the Covid pandemic continues in 2021 we will continue to do this course online for the moment.

We have also introduced a course entitled ‘The Pork Business’. This is aimed at those who are considering raising freerange pigs for resale or selling on the meat. We have spent over 10 years in the business, and are happy to share the ups and downs with you.

Is there anything nicer that the aroma and taste of home-made bread? For the moment we are doing this course online. During the course of 2 hours you will learn how to make 3 different breads, using one basic recipe.
